PROCEDURE:

1. Buyer Send Company Profile or name and address   to:

   Luks Point d.o.o. Proletarska Cesta 4, Ljubjana- Slovenia

2. Seller issues Draft Contract and sends it to the Buyer

3.  Buyer returns the Draft Contract duly signed and signed IMPFA NCNDA commissions with Intermediary.

4.  Buyer  collects the goods to  the warehouse of the Seller and after checking  SGS,   for payment before departure of  the goods.

5.We proceed with other shipments with the same procedures.
