        1) Buyer sends ICPO with banking data  to:

         Luks Point d.o.o. Proletarska Cesta 4, Ljubjana- Slovenia

        2) Seller prepares truck test and send proforma invoice

        3) Buyer can check before departure if the product corresponds to the characteristics, bank sends payment before the departure of the truck.

        4) Seller sends camio

        5) The seller sends the contract to sign

        6) Buyer checks the contract and if necessary make small corrections and signed back to the Seller.

        7) Buyer provides opening L / C non-transferable one-month renewable for quantitative amount of one month's supply.

         Balance supply 10 of the invoice date.

            a) possibility payments 15/30/60 days in this case, the price will be added the costs of bank interest net

         1) Acquirente invia ICPO con dati bancari  a:

           Luks Point d.o.o. Proletarska Cesta 4, Ljubjana- Slovenia

        2) Venditore prepara camion prova  e  invia fattura proforma

         3) Acquirente  può controllare prima della partenza   se il prodotto  corrisponde alle caratteristiche,  invia bonifico pagamento                       prima  della partenza del camion.

4) Venditore invia camion

5) Il venditore invia contratto per la firma

6) Acquirente controlla contratto e se necessario fa piccole correzioni e ritorna firmato al Venditore.

        7) Acquirente provvede apertura L/C  non trasferibile durata un mese    rinnovabile,   per importo quantitativo di un mese di                         fornitura.

             Saldo fornitura 10 dalla data della fattura.

            a) possibilità pagamenti    15/30/60 giorni in questo caso al prezzo verranno addizionati le spese di     interessi bancari netti
